Q: I lost my VIP Bell, can I get another?
A: Yes! Collect 50 Poring Coins and rent from the VIP Rental NPC (145, 169) in Prontera.

Q: Can I trade/sell my Level Reward Box?
A: No, it's character-bound and cannot be transferred.

Q: What happens if I open the Level Reward Box too early?
A: The box returns to your inventory. Open it when you reach the required level.

Q: Do Poring Coins drop from all monsters?
A: Yes! Every monster has a 0.01% chance to drop 1 Poring Coin.

Q: Can I claim freebies on multiple characters?
A: No, the Freebies NPC is limited to once per account.

Q: How many Battle Manuals do I get total?
A: 9 total (at levels 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90).

Q: Does the Level 99 reward announce to everyone?
A: Yes! When you claim your final reward, the entire server sees your achievement.
